Toxics release inventory data is obtained on a yearly basis from USEPA and
dates to 1987. This data represents a subset of reported information
primarliy related to total releases to air, land, and water. Consult the
EPA website for details on TRI reporting requirements.
Note that the facilities, chemicals, and reporting criteria change over time and that blank fields do not necessarily imply no releases. All releases are reported in pounds. Chemical release tables and graphs include links to Material Data Safety Sheets, Chemical Safety Fact Sheets, and toxicological profiles from the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry , when available. | |
